Communication between the individual property managers & staff was key to the success and delivery of the project. This was supported by excellent Account management to ensure all went to plan.
They conducted themselves professionally at all times and complied with all of our strict on site working rules taking into account the challenging nature of the site having in excess of 30 properties spread over a large site containing young adults with specialist learning needs.
